Is there free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $69.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Sorry about that! Sometimes carriers take 1–2 business days to update tracking info. If it’s still not showing any progress a few days after you receive your tracking number, please reach out to us with your order details—we’ll help you look into it right away.

Returns & exchanges

Can I exchange the nails?

Because of hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if it’s due to sizing mistakes or just changing your mind after receiving your nails. All sales are final, but we really appreciate your understanding and support!

Do we offer refunds?

We only provide refunds for orders canceled before processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

I've received a damaged item, how can I get assistance?

Oh no! We’re so sorry this happened. Please check your order as soon as it arrives, and if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away. We’ll review the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my package is lost?

We know how frustrating it is to wait for happy mail that never arrives. If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll help you track it down and work with the carrier to figure out the next steps.
